The Polder Nieuwland Industrial Estate in Alblasserdam is the site of the modern new office building of corporate Internet services provider ProServe. In addition to various office areas and meeting rooms, the building offers room for assembly work and storage space. The office building has a friendly, contemporary appearance thanks to the use of white plasterwork and faux wood panelling in its decoration.
